Eventually this would happen.
yay! The Federal Comittee of Communication released today the news that all cellphone companies must stop charging us for national and international calls we recieve in our phones (of course, we need to be in our local area when we recieve the call to not get charged but it’s something!)
I just heard the news on TV but went online to check it out:
